Use your own statements or provider account pages to identify recurring charges. Record the service name, amount and billing interval, along with where you found the information. Do not put login credentials in the list.
Separate facts from decisions
A charge you do not recognize needs investigation, not an immediate assumption about its purpose. Note any questions and use the provider’s official channels to check the details.
Add a review date
Keep the reference somewhere you can revisit. Before changing a service, understand its terms and any household dependencies. This list is an organizational aid, not a recommendation to cancel particular services.
